Shared Shuttles
Shared shuttles are a cost-efficient way to reach your destination in Costa Rica. They leave at set times and make several stops before reaching your destination. So, this option is ideal if you don’t mind taking a little longer to get to your destination and have the flexibility to meet the shuttle at the scheduled departure time.

Terms and Conditions for Shared Shuttle Services
- Payment and Booking
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a seat.
- Unpaid reservations will be automatically canceled to allocate seats to paid reservations.
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email.
- Passengers must provide accurate booking details, including name, dates, and pick-up/drop-off locations (see point 8).
- Pickup and Waiting Policy
- Passengers must arrive at the designated pickup point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Shared shuttles will wait no longer than 5 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. After this period, the shuttle will depart, and the reservation will be marked as a no-show. No-show fees equal the full amount paid for the reservation.
- Baggage Policy
- Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage and one carry-on bag.
- Excess luggage is not permitted; passengers traveling with additional items should book a private transfer.
- Surfboards of any size are NOT allowed on shared shuttles.
- Pet Policy
- No pets are allowed on shared shuttles. This policy ensures the comfort of all passengers, including those with allergies.
- Flight Delays
- The company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate passengers affected by flight delays. However, significant delays may require rescheduling, subject to availability.
- Additional fees may apply for missed shuttles due to flight delays.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Reservations canceled more than 15 days before the travel date are eligible for a refund, minus a $9 USD cancellation fee.
- Reservations canceled less than 15 days before the travel date are not eligible for a refund.
- Bookings made less than 15 days in advance are final and non-refundable.
- No changes or cancellations are allowed for any confirmed bookings.
- Child Passengers
- Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- Car seats are NOT provided. Passengers traveling with young children must bring their own car seats if required by law or personal preference.
- Exact Address Requirement
- For pickups or drop-offs at Airbnbs, vacation rentals, or private homes, the exact address or property name as listed on Google Maps must be provided at the time of booking. No exceptions.
- Route and Stops
- Shared shuttles operate on fixed routes and schedules, with predetermined stops.
- Additional stops or detours are not permitted unless pre-arranged.
- Conduct and Safety
- Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times during the trip.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and disruptive behavior are prohibited on the shuttle.
- The company reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who violate safety policies or disrupt other passengers.
- Liability
- The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond its control.
- The company is not liable for lost or damaged luggage or personal belongings.
- Force Majeure
- The company is not responsible for service interruptions due to events outside its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
