When To Book Your Transfer

We need at least 24 hours notice to book your transfer(s). But we highly recommend booking as soon as your travel plans are finalized. If possible, please book at least two to three weeks in advance for high-demand dates (Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Saturdays, etc). Our schedule fills up quickly during those dates.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Liberia Airport Shuttle up to 48 hours in advance without fees or penalties. However, we kindly ask that you let us know about your cancellation with as much notice as possible. “No-shows” and cancellations after arrival in Costa Rica are not refundable.

For your comfort, all our vehicles are air-conditioned. They also meet and exceed quality and comfort standards. So, rest assured that your transfer will be a comfortable one.
