Terms and Conditions for Private Transfer Services
- Payment and Booking
- Full payment is required to secure your booking as indicated during the reservation process.
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email.
- Passengers must provide accurate details, including name, flight information, and pick-up/drop-off locations.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy For Transfers Originating From LIR/SJO Airport
- Reservations canceled more than 48 hours before arrival in Costa Rica are eligible for a full refund.
- Reservations canceled less than 48 hours before arrival in Costa Rica are not eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations after arrival in Costa Rica and “no-shows” are not refundable.
- For last-minute changes, contact customer support. Flexibility will be provided whenever possible, subject to availability.

- Reservations canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.
- Reservations canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are not eligible for a refund.

- Pickup and Waiting Policy For Transfers Originating From LIR/SJO Airport
- After landing, your driver will wait for you to clear immigration, claim your luggage, and go through customs.
- If the wait time after landing is more than 60 minutes, an additional waiting fee of $10 per every additional 30 minutes may apply.
- If your flight is delayed, the driver will monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time without additional charges.
- Flight Delays
- The company actively monitors flights and will adjust the pick-up time for delays without penalties.
- In the event of a missed flight passengers must notify the company immediately to reschedule, subject to availability.
- Pickup and Waiting Policy For Transfers NOT Originating From LIR/SJO Airport
- Your driver will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time at no extra charge.
- After 15 minutes, additional waiting fees of $30 per every extra 15 minutes may apply.
- Exact Address Requirement
- For pickups or drop-offs at an Airbnb, vacation rental, or private home, the exact address or property name as listed on Google Maps must be provided at the time of booking.
- Baggage Policy
- Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage and one carry-on bag.
- Additional or oversized items, such as surfboards or bicycles, must be declared at the time of booking and may incur additional fees.
- Child Passengers
- Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- Car seats are available upon request for an additional fee. Passengers are encouraged to request car seats at the time of booking to ensure availability.
- Pet Policy
- Small pets are allowed on private transfers, provided they are secured in a carrier and declared at the time of booking.
- Route and Stops
- Private transfers offer flexible routes and can accommodate additional stops or detours upon request.
- Additional stops must be requested in advance or directly with the driver and may incur extra charges depending on the distance and duration.
- Conduct and Safety
- Passengers must follow driver instructions and wear seatbelts at all times.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and disruptive behavior are prohibited in the vehicle.
- Liability
- The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond its control.
- The company is not liable for lost or damaged luggage or personal belongings.
- Force Majeure
- The company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by events outside its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
